I forgot – what are the archetypes again?
Missing: Is that we co-presidents need to let the Board know how much blood and sweat we have done to merge these groups. The umbrella group sponsoring us really wanted us to merge and both groups’ memberships lessened. The other group did do activities. However their president was the glue that tied the group together. I do not think they have enough women that show up . We do – and our group is 25 years old and they are very very vocal .
For me, I need to be more transparent and let them know we are in survival mode. This is not business as usual, so don’t whine. I want a more positive spin. How can we uplift one another? If we disagree,
