I am throwing this out to you, Team- How to harmoniously bring together 2 opposite systems???
Using our LTPN knowledge, what do you suggest? I had a very very tense meeting last night. I am President of a women’s group, combing with another one. Our group is full of “red”s and the other is pretty quiet and meek. They are very loose- and do not follow an Agenda. They just “talk” . Ours is not, and some of the women are very outspoken.
There are presently 29 women on the Board, because we merged. I have people raise their hands if they want to share. The other group did not say too much nor participate much.
The other group’s president does not want anything to do with the Board when her term ends in December. The pres and I have tirelessly worked to bring these groups together.
I was ready to quit too ,and decided to sit on my emotions for a few days.
One thing I realized is that, observing from comments, the Board does not understand how we are in survival mode. I did not share how hard we have worked, and, the issues they raised were surprisingly insignificant in light of what we are going thru.
Looks like 1/2 the Board will resign after last night. How can I bring peace and calm and help all work together??
I appreciate any feedback – esp using our LTPN knowledge!

What is the purpose for the merging of 2 opposite systems ?
Has that been clairified?
Have the strengths of both systems been brought forward?
Describe the dense energy (or whatever you are feeling) of the environment and ask for feedback on how it can be changed ( what would Brene Brown or Mel Robinson have to say about you all????)
Describe the visión that is seen and coming.
If the 2 groups could not fail what suggestions do people have?
Tell them a story of you passion for why you want this to work!

1) What archetype could you call forward (for yourself) to help bring harmony, connection or organization to the group and move things forward?
2) What’s missing for you (inside of the now merged groups) that if it were present, it would make a difference (for you)? And could this be a question you ask of all current members and look for the commonalities, etc?
3) To clarify, there are currently 29 Board Members? How many members total, now that the 2 organizations have merged?

I forgot – what are the archetypes again?
Missing: Is that we co-presidents need to let the Board know how much blood and sweat we have done to merge these groups. The umbrella group sponsoring us really wanted us to merge and both groups’ memberships lessened. The other group did do activities. However their president was the glue that tied the group together. I do not think they have enough women that show up . We do – and our group is 25 years old and they are very very vocal .
For me, I need to be more transparent and let them know we are in survival mode. This is not business as usual, so don’t whine. I want a more positive spin. How can we uplift one another? If we disagree,

What is the purpose for the merging of 2 opposite systems ?- Both our groups have lost members since COVID and the Federation which sponsors our group made a huge change in how they will support us, so we are better off togerher
Has that been clairified? We sent out surveys and letter explaning. Members voted.
