The Employee Hierarchy of Needs
Having had the experience of both bad & good places to be an employee, I consider what could have made it better and compared it to what really made it bad. Part of that consideration ends up focusing on the what it was that made me chose to be an employee in that organization and what really motivates me to do work. My leadership has not always had that same commitment. This author proposes a different method of considering what an organization requires in order to keep employees and as such is a resource for leaders that matter.
Does anyone else think this model could work in the favor of an organization to have a mutually beneficial workplace?
