Clarity appears to come through when allowing yourself to sit with the question: Why? What is the purpose of this? And then speaking from your heart is very revealing.
Being heard is part of the recognition.

I encourage you to write down your mission statement- allow the reflective part of you to review it and then ask what does your soulful intention have todo with it?
UPDATE your soulful intention statement; Post it in the Forum for feedback in between the sessions.
