Hello, I’m Ana
Greetings to All! I am a California native, experiencing Southern living in Georgia – Greater Atlanta area. I was born in NYC and my parents are from the Philippines. I am a mom & wife (in a large blended family), and getting ready to homeschool my 11 year old daughter, again.
I have been in the health and wellness community since 1999. I am currently practicing as an Integrative Functional Nutritionist, Neuromuscular Rebalancing Massage Therapist, and Kids/Adult Yoga and meditation instructor. I also have training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Energetic Medicine (aka Medical Qigong). I integrate my gift of healing with all of training to help bring awareness and alignment to body, mind and spirit.
My previous career was in the fashion, textile, apparel retail industry. My BA is in Urban Planning and my MS is in Integrative Functional Nutrition. I LOVE learning!… and hope to pass that on/ inspire my daughter to do the same.
One of the problems I see in the world is that each human being may not be seen, accepted or supported in bringing their gifts to the world (humanity)… and another is the quest of the elite for power and the impact it has on humanity.
The superpowers I want to contribute are healing, connection and awareness.
