Katy, Thank you for the inspiring conversation over lesson 7.

Discovering the importance of presencing is an on-going practice, so we can truly “be in the now.” Getting out of our thinking and practicing “being” paves access to SOURCE in ways that we might miss otherwise. Observing in nature is one of the best ways to be in the moment-and to release the thoughts that need not be in those moments-focusing on the sights and sounds and our own breathing.

Hopefully you can make an appointment with yourself ( without Harley this time) to be in Nature alone for at least 30 minutes. Experience connection and notice what you notice. Journal it at some point.

When you are traveling up the U -becoming “aware” of what is coming through 0 it is quite refreshing as you are cultivating something that is ONLY you can bring into form.It begins with an insight then grows to an intention and eventually if you choose into a prototype. Journal these insights and we can discuss them in our next conversation.

And, keep in mind how the 100th Monkey is a clue about what a difference one person can make, and it is pretty amazing how the universe supports a critical shift that all began with one intention…journal on that!
