Out of this comes a renewed awareness.
RhoDana reminded us There is a new year opening and as a Rosh Hasanah- and being aware of this brings forward emotion…..and then the Equinox- the relationship to light and dark is equal for one day….then the new season of healing is upon us.
Being authentic to yourself is a good first step-coming from your heart; make an appointment with yourself to put pen to paper and FEEL and observe what is coming through you.
