As I step into 2026, I find myself feeling both deeply grateful—and very clear.

Grateful for each of you who answered the call to become a Certified Living The Potential Facilitator. You show up with heart, wisdom, and integrity, and you continue to believe in the power of community—especially during times that feel anything but steady.

And clear about what is now required for our Network to remain sustainable and to continue growing in a way that truly supports you and the meaningful work you’re here to do.

Over the past few years, I have intentionally absorbed the ongoing costs of maintaining and nurturing the Living The Potential Network—including our platforms, systems, promotions, gatherings, courses, podcasts, and community infrastructure—without requiring certification renewal fees. That season was rooted in generosity and care.

We are now entering a new season.

As our Network expands in visibility, reach, and opportunity, it’s important that we move into a shared model of stewardship—one that allows the Network to remain financially sustainable while continuing to provide real value, connection, and professional support for our Certified Facilitators.

1. Your renewal includes:

• continued certification status
• access to all network systems and resources
• promotion of your offerings
• participation in our learning community
• revenue-sharing opportunities, and
• use of the Living The Potential Certified Facilitator name and logo.

I want to name this clearly and compassionately:

I never want finances alone to be the reason someone disconnects from this community—especially given the power of connection during tumultuous times. If you are experiencing financial constraints, I invite you to reach out so we can explore supportive options together.

What matters most to me is transparency, mutual respect, and sustainability—for you, for me, and for the Network as a whole.

2. What Your LTPN Certification & Renewal Provides

As a Certified Living The Potential Facilitator, you receive:

Visibility & Professional Presence

• Your name, photo, and bio featured in our Certified Facilitator Directory
• Promotion of your offerings through LTPN channels
• Access to the Living The Potential Certified Facilitator name, logo, and designated marketing materials
• Showcase opportunities (you choose your month) through Podlucks, workshops, or program launches—supported by LTPN marketing, enrollment links, and registration management
• Produce your unique podcast edit and post to social media

Facilitation & Income Opportunities

• Opportunities to facilitate client engagements as needs arise—either collaboratively or as a lead facilitator when aligned
• Access to our participant registration and payment systems
• Revenue sharing:
  
  • 65% of gross revenue for participants you enroll
  • 40% of gross revenue for participants referred by LTPN or others
• Negotiated revenue splits for co-facilitated programs
• Affiliate and residual income opportunities

Community, Learning & Support

• Monthly Facilitator Heart Coherence MasterMind Gatherings for collaboration, launch support, and regenerative idea-sharing
• Access to all five Change-Maker Courses and weekly group pod conversations
• Participation in a trusted learning community to cross-pollinate ideas, attract mentees, and amplify your impact
• Personal one on one mentoring opportunities

Tools, Systems & Creative Support

• Access to LTPN proprietary tools, resources, and core values
• Basic technology and marketing support related to your offerings
• Graphic and web design support per year (flyers and landing pages); additional work available at cost

3. Certification Terms & Renewal

• Certification Term: One (1) year or one (1) month from the date certification is granted
• Renewal: Automatic annual renewal upon payment of the renewal fee
• Non-Renewal:
  
  • You may no longer represent yourself as a Living The Potential Certified Facilitator or use the logo or certification benefits
  • Access to LTPN systems and back office will be disabled
  • You will have 30 days to remove certification references from public materials
  • You may state that you completed the certification training (with date), but may not present yourself as currently certified
